The NHL said Kucherov is the second player in Tampa Bay history to take home the Hart Trophy, following the 2003-04 win by Martin St. Louis.
NHL general managers also voted the Bolt's goaltender Andrei Vasilevskiy "best goalkeeper at his position." That earned him the Vezina Award.
The awards were handed out Wednesday night in Las Vegas.
Kucherov and Vasilevskiy also top the list of NHL players voted to the 2018-19 NHL First All-Star Team.
